Default What is adequate for free hosting?

If someone were to start up a free webspace provider...

How much webspace do you think is adequate?
    How much bandwidth?
What scripting languages should be allowed?
What type of advertising should the free host force?

In general, I want to know what you expect a free webspace provider to offer and what it shouldn't offer.

    kzero.

Well per a person I say 100 MB is the maximum that you should offer for space and maybe 500MB bandwith and PHP as the scripts.

What do you think is the minimum?

The reason I'm asking all of this is because I'm thinking of starting a free web hosting service and I want to make packages that people would want to sign up for. Last time I had a hosting company, I actually had paid packages and had only enough clients to stay online for about 5 months, I blamed it, however on bad promoting on my part :P

This is why I'm saving a little bit of money so I can spend more on advertising.

I dono about space, but definately give PHP to members. If you can give Mysql, too - you're winer.

Hm. You offer a lot for free hosting. Do you have a lot of clients who use up their quotas?
