Due to the events concerning Stormpay and the autosurf industries, government authorities are stepping in and it doesn't look good to me. Will the industry be closed on a permanent basis?

I also discover that some sites are changing their operating manner like changing from auto-surfing to manual, changing the term "Upgrades" to "Advertising Packages" and so on...... And some sites have decided to close down. My concerns are will the Government Authorities really put a stop to all this sites and if that's the case, all our money will be gone forever.

Will this ever happen? What are your views concerning this matter?

A lot of them at the moment are getting legal advice to make sure they are up to FBI standards from what I am seeing as I have seen a few saying they have been contacted by the FBI so it looks to me they might be safe so long as they go by the law.

However I still watch new ones for a few months before I put anything into it and the ones that are paying me well I have made back my seed money and anything else that I put into it you have to be prepared to face the fact you may never see it again.....

I agree with that statement. AutoSurfs will probably live on for a long time. The FBI raided e-gold and they're still going o.O

they are off-shore. They tried to use the excuse of
terrorist even that did no fly with them, because
all funds were located off shore.

StormPay used trickery and deceit to lure these Web
Masters to do business with them exclusively and if
they can prove this they may have a good case in
court. There are several groups that are suing for
the unauthorized reversal of services dating past
October 2005 that is ilegal.

So I hope this nitemare is turns out favorable for

Why does everyone keep saying e-gold is offshore?
E-gold is in the USA. Florida, in fact.
Most of their clients are offshore though.
