Can a domain registarar have many coupon codes released per month?

I was just browsing this thread at our forum and found many coupon code for namecheap for the same month. Is it possible ?

sure, they can run as multiple promos at the same time. Many companies do this in order to track where their new signups are coming from. (whereas an affiliate code cookie wouldn't track if the signup has cleared their browser's cache)
