What should I consider while Buying old domains?

I am planning to buy some old domains from the variosu users. What should I keep in mind while buying domains? Please share your expert advise here for me.

First of all u can see the site content if they are providing the whole site or if they are just providing the domain then look for the provider site for details of there is some fraud case registered on it and also if what`s the reputation percentage of that domain which was before u buy it.

Consider how many back links it is having and whats the current PR of the domain and how famous it is.

I would first check out if it has fraud page rank and its link popularity on checkpagerank.net, then I would check out the reputation of the domain seller, domain's expire date, and domain registrar see if I can get a free account there, that's pretty much it.

If somebody i willing to pay u a good amount say about $10000 or more for that, u may buy it soon n sell it to other person demanding it for $10000 n u may get out of all the illegal things associated with it n get out with lots of $`s what say? is that a good one? hahaha i`ll suggest rather then buying old domain why not register for a new one.......definitely it`ll not cost u more than what u pay for old one but if PR is pretty good u can go with ur decision.

if you are really buying old domains that please check its PR and the back links it is having.....
then i want to suggest you one think that new domains are always cheaper then old one....
so if you find some nice and new one then go with it........
