Default Celebrities name in DOmain legal?

I think you would have no problems with it, as long as it's not defamatory against the person in question.

Thousands of sites out there use the celebrity's name in the URL.

youuu must be a die hard fan to register such.
but while doing that why dont you just contact the celebrity and let him pay for it.

Maybe they themselves will contact you, in case they need that domain and then you can give them your offer.

ha! they wont probably mind about that. they may have thier own domain to keep. unless your site has this massive traffic going on everyday.

normally that shouldn't be a problem, however there have been cases where the celebrity made a lawsuite to get the domain - always depends on the laws of the country you live in / the domain extension

there shouldn't have a problem. really.
    even if youre in china.

i hope to own a pornstar website and hope that eventually it could create traffic - that way i can sell it to the celebrity more than what ive invested.

and that celebrity should buy it or else lol...
    i'll execute character assasination

depends, what if you got a domain with just their full name? That mostly does the work.

It depends on the content of the website, what type of contents you are having. If it dont affect their reputation then its ok
