    Wink Legal Matters

    Its legal .Dont hesitate
there are many things which are illegal ,but WHO CARES
.I think you would have no problems with it, as long as it's not defamatory against the person in question.

Thousands of sites out there use the celebrity's name in the URL.

why u are thinking that its illlegal...
normally that shouldn't be a problem, however there have been cases where the celebrity made a lawsuite to get the domain - always depends on the laws of the country you live in / the domain extension...

It depends on the content of the website, what type of contents you are having. If it dont affect their reputation then its ok
its really not the way u think...

you shouldn't face any problem as its just a domain name, if you are not trying to morphine that celebrity, then its ok to carry on with that domain.
