I think you can do that...you please go to www.godaddy.com and then register there, and for hosting you can use www.freehostia.com or www.000webhost.com But if you wants free on this forums offered, i'm sugested you to keep posting with quality good posting. Good Luck dear...

just try the free one...
i suggest http://www.000webhost.com. Go there and sign for a free web host and free domain.
And and when you get the experience and ready, buy a domain for good.

if you need a cheap domain you can try 1&1. they offer quite a cheap domain. as you are learner, try to use a co.cc domain. in my opinion don't invest in domain and hosting if you learning.

Of the hosts I've seen, you are bound in by 1 or 2 year contracts in order to obtain a free domain.
