Any tips or books to get listed in DMOZ? I am searching all over the internet but not getting any information regarding this, so please help me.

Check the other threads listed on this forum, I have offered some from the perspective of being an editor.

Just follow their TOS and DONT and that would be enough to get listed there.

yes thats right but there should be some black hat techniques to do so too. I am looking for it.

I don't think there are any techniques to do so, because they don't approve the websites using some kind of script or softwares. They are approved and added manually by editors like you and me.
