You should also watch out for the loading time, since all of your blocks have a picture for a background the loading might take a while, it doesn't take me too long, but longer than most average sites. Just keep an eye for that, maybe compress the images a tad?

currently im working on a few things, compressing the images to increase loading time being one of them, also a user mentioned expandable content boxes, i've noticed this on http://www.zymic.com/ can anyone provide me with a tutorial or some help as to how i go about doing this?
At the moment im designing a new template that i want to meet all the basic requirements that you guys stated so if anyone can help me out i'd appreciate it alot.
i seem to catch on very fast with ps and love using it.

Well, its not that bads. Looks pretty cool, espeically the bars where you put the text content, navigation, etc. Colour usage is not bad too, I would rate your template a 7.5/10. Good job on it.
