waiii!!! the layout is so cute!! but it's premade, ne? unless..you made that layout...and it's from you site @_@ (<<-- is too lazy to check). but the banner is too big, and it can get annoying to scroll down so much, especially in a 800x600 res.
and your banner rotations and topsite links are too spread out :\ try making them closer to each other, but sorting the text next to the text and images with images =D
more waii!! your graphics look so nice!!! but is it really nessicary to have the TOS splash page? it's kinda annoying, and since my computer is really slow, i had to wait for the layout to load, click on the "you", then wait for the site to load again just to see s TOS page T_T maybe you should just add them all to the navigation and have the TOS on the navigation as well =D it'll make the navigation more full too ^_^
well, my computer is going super slow and it'll take me forever to get through your site @_@ so i'll give you a 4/5, you just need to work on the layout and navigation ^_~ tootles!!

A pre-made layout doesn't exactly fit on a graphics site, you should make your own, and the pictures on the navbar are to many, and you don't know what will happen when you click em' xD

Oh yeah, freewebs is a areally bad ftp, no cpanle, no ftp etc.
I suggest other free hosts.

Yeh, but freewebs is good for people who know nothing about cpanel and FTP. Like a few people at my old work had some basic websites with just some photos of them and their friends, and the used freewebs cause its easy.

i agree, freewebs is so crummy T_T they only host 50 files, which is really bad for a graphics site. it's really hard to find good free hosts, without having to post on forums and such. It's better to request hosting from someone who owns a personal domain, because you can get mysql, php and such XD

Yeah, spot on, this template is cute and colourful!
It makes the site seem good to look at. Makes it look cheerful.
But on your links, you can't click on the PSDs and you have nothing for free but then you say give me credit?

ehh im not into the cutesy stuff, but i suppose that really is good for what it is. its kind of off centered in my browswer (Internet explorer) you might want to fix that. also, getting your domain would take that annnoying ad out!
