app to convert swf to flv for creating game guide?

has anyone tried to create a video game guide yourself ? i wonder if there is a tool to record the entire process while i'm playing and output the video as flv format so that i can upload the video to Youtube for sharing.
any suggestion?

you can use some screen capture to record the screen, but it seems that they can only output avi video not flv. or you can use iWisoft swf to flv converter, which can capture flash games, but you need to download the game to your pc. here it is: swf to flv

The previous advisor is right: use a screen caputure program first.
For windows i can recommend - Screen VidShot
For mac os - Macvide ScreenCap.
For flash convertion you need something like Flash to Video Encoder by Geovid (windows) or Macvide FlashVideo Converter (mac os).
