if you want to create the logos go to adobe photoshoup otherwise you can do work on asp.net also

Try looking on for some Adobe Photoshop tutorials, otherwise you may download some templates and modify them as per your need.

there are two main software that people use them oftenly...
you can use adobe photoshop and also go with the asp.net
both are very useful to you...

Adobe Photoshop is the best logo maker, just create your company logo in photoshop. If you want vectorize logo, I recommend you use Adobe Fireworks CS3 because it is the best vectorize image and remove all pixelated images.
