I need a logo for my online store, I am a programmer not a graphic artist. I don't want to pay much if anything. Are there free site where I can do it?

Yes, you can design an animated logo but your image extension must be .GIF to work properly.

Adobe Creative Suite which includes Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign. Those are the best!
