Creating exe from program

i have created an exe which shows a message
but the problem is i want to create another program
from which a person can enter his name, choose destination
and click create
after clicking create a new exe if made in the location he chose which has the name he entered for eg the program axcrypt create exe in which u enter the password the if decrypts it self i want something like that. A program that can modify, create and execute an exe

You will need to have another form that act beside your main form. Anyway what is the programming language you are on?

What would be the best for the footer.
I would like to add 4 banners horizontal. I found this style in the book but it can't make it work

RickyRombo, I am little getting what you mean. You need programs like C++, but it's an old program. May be Visual Basic can make such program. A programmer can help you in this case. Also, you may find help in Google. I got so many project files from Google search.
