    hey hi guys...
    i need some legal help...

    1st of all is it COMPULSORY to have a patent for our website???

    also if we have used a software, should it be bought ( i mean not cracked n all ???)

    if ne1 is aware of this, plz help me out...


    n also is der a free way to get patent copyright????

    I don't know what is a patent but,
    There are alot of Free Html and other editors online that u can use which wont couse you any legal damage but if you need a good one like Dreamweaver. Its better buy a Original one cuz some cracked version have different stuffs fixed and will harm your computer.

    hey i am not talking about harming my computer..
    i am asking wud be questionable by LAW if i use any software which is paid but i havent paid them by the software owners???

    also i see many people simply copyin themes here n there...is ther ne serious law against it?

    Yes that is called "piracy" and is a big offense in the Americas and Europe, i don't recommend you download anything that cost money, just pay for it legit and everything should be good

    Yes it is. Copying themes from any site, or any thing else from sites without permission, can result in a DMCA notice.

    It is not necessary to own patent for every website. For example, a personal web site not need to own copyright. But if you are going as a company with products or resources, then it is always better to own your legal claim on your product. otherwise, you can't claim your product if others undertake it.
