how to copyright?

Do you know how to copyright a theme digitally on the internet. i design unique theme for all script and in my last work. i could not get my money although i complete and gave the template. i have the source file of the theme. how can i get the copyright? any help would be appreciate because the amount is not small!

You can register copyright online in the following site : http://www.copyrightservice.co.uk/register/
But in return, I think you have to pay huge fees for that. I'm not sure whether you can afford or not. For more details, visit the link.

You can copyright but it would take money to copyright it in the internet and why would you want to copyright the theme anyway. IF you didn't get the money on your last work then seems you got scammed by someone. You should have taken the payment first then sell your work.

i dont know very much things about the theme, but you can insert a copyright symbol in your theme ? that may help or not ?
