Language support

I want to make a forum in my own language. My language is Bengali.

Which PHP script has the support of Bengali language. Plz help me. I need it very much. No matter if it is VB, PHPBB, IPB or any other. Thanks in advance.

No, I want to input 'Bengali' language instead of English. The whole forum will be in Bengali.

That's pretty easy. But in case you couldn't find a pre-translated skin, you may need to do all the translation work yourself. Set the encoding to UTF-8 (unicode) and edit the language file in skin pack. Since your forum is 100% in Bengali, I think it's ok to overwrite all the English messages with Bengali ones. Just translate the skin, that's all.

But I wonder, being 4th largely spoken language in the world, why there is no Bengali skin available? Or there is many, but I can not finding it. Where can I get the list of available languages?
