How to get register of virtual credid card ? Is that card free and open for all internation membership ?

check the site that up here you can get cc for 10$ you may also search another site they make it for free i think i can make new thread and i'll put all site can help to verify your e-bay ,and pp caz i can't remember all sites that can help you all at this

I believe you can find VCC reseller at Digital Point forum. Go there and search for it. The card is not free, you need to pay for it. Btw, you can't get the "plastic card" like real credit card or debit card. You can only get the numbers and the Card Verification Number.
