Credit/visa card enough?

Services like PayPal and MoneyBookers requires you to fill your account via visa cards and to withdraw from connecting bank in their list.

So, is a visa card not enough to do transactions on the net?
(That is to receive and transfer money..)

You are missing the point here. Everyone can use their credit card to purchase goods in the net. It is the security that matters. By using a 3rd party company, just like PayPal and MoneyBookers you are securing your CreditCard and thus your money. That's from buyers point of view.

On the other hand, if you are selling goods, it's even better as those companies will allow you to sell goods without having an expensive merchant account, gateway and credit card processor.
