It is like making money out of the work which u have not done. all means fraud and this will cost him a lot if he get`s caught several times then he would be taken care with legal action on it n then he`ll see the consequences of doing cheating. this is a total crime.

Yes it is. Not only that but it leads to more and more inferior work out there. Because if one person rewrites a work, then another picks that up and rewrites that version and so on and so on, the article gets further and further away from what its initial meaning was. This dilutes the quality of the information, which means people attempt to learn from increasingly less accurate material. No wonder the world's dumbing down. Don't get me started LOL.

The thing happens that the thinking of people are being so nasty that they are using the thinking of other people to add to their account. If anybody finds any of those guys just track them out n ban their IP on all sites so they get there better pay of what they hae done.

This is, sadly, the way things are and I doubt it will change any time soon. It seems the ability to get away with it is sufficent justifcation for some webmasters, even if that reduces the quality of their sites. I'm a freelance article writer and no re-write will get past my beady eyes, but surely other visitors spot it too? Perhaps the webmaster just don't care, even want them to leave via clicking an Adsense ad? Personally I'd have thought a few Adsense dollars and cents wouldn't be worth the trouble if you were caught. That could certainly cost more than cheap writing!

Well I guess as long as there's demand people will fill it but me, I prefer to sleep with an easy conscience and without worrying about getting sued or anything.

Hands up those who truthfully can say they realised the above is a rewrite of a previous post?

I've seen some pretty awful writing out there on the web but I can't say I've ever thought to myself "Hey, this is a rewrite of something else!"

In a language other than English it might be tough, but English is so damn flexible you can say the same thing in a bunch of different ways.

    Jus' my 2 cents

I did because it was mine and can say that truthfully! And English is only so flexible for someone like you that knows how to use it. You write copy, so of course your language skills are far superior to most. You would not be spotted so easily at all. That's why you can command the big bucks.

What I was referring to was not what a copywriter can produce. I was talking about what 95% of rewrites are; the half baked, mishmash of garbled paragraphs where the words clash, written by people for whom English is not their first language. That kind is not difficult to detect at all. There's no easy flow to those rewrites. They use words that are outdated, phrases that are too fancy that don't gel with the rest of the article and don't demonstrate a clear, easy flowing understanding of what the article is about. Yes, I can spot them, you bet I can.

Yes it is just like that. It's called creating a derivative work and usually turns out to be substandard anyway because when they're trying to rewrite something it never flows the way an original work would.
and i really sure that You have no rights to use copyrighted material. However, if you do it well - no one will even catch you.....
