It does matter, BeePk. If the addresses haven't opted in for that particular purpose, it's spamming. I don't believe for a minute you have 5 million addresses that opted in to be on a list that can be sold to anyone for anything. Did you know you can get fined $16,000 PER EMAIL ADDRESS for sending unsolicited mail under the CAN-SPAM Act? You'd be wise to quit while you're ahead.
