decipher, I've looked all over for this for you and can't seem to find anywhere that's selling them in bulk. You can pick up the odd tutorial here and there but no one seems to have a package available. Depending on the size you're looking for, you may want to put an ad in the Classifieds section to see if anyone can create this for you. Might work out easier and faster. Sorry I can't be of more help!

contentcurrent.com gives you the ability to order some very large scale packages ... but I'm not sure.
