Well we all know what had happend to privateopp and Vaco these days. They faced lots of troubles due to spamming. But now privateopp has decided to go private. They have more than 6000 members and they have decided this so that they may at least never have problems from the ISP.

Can anyone suggest a free/open source content management system for a celeb fan site? Typical features that I am looking for include polls, news stories (with ability for members to add comments), forums, photo gallery etc.
