Is there any good open source WYSIWYG-editor?

Does anyone has it? Speed, price, availability, Iam just interesting in everything - but first hand info only (no links on internet needed).

I really like the idea of open source software,
but I can't find any good web page editor that can do all the things Dreamweaver does.
Do you know of any OSS (Open Source Software) that is comparable with that program?

I used to use NVU which is an open source editor. It basically has most of the features that Dreamweaver has.
