you can get professional templates from templatemonster.com obvious thing its not free

yeh definetely templates....making own layout takes ages ;D..using others templates is simple & efective way 8)

I prefer templates but sometimes it is better to build your own site. I do not have much knowledge about that so right now I use templates.

I think templates are great if you wan't to build your own site but doen't want to have to start from scratch.
