Best Remote Backup Solution for Wordpress and Drupal

Maybe someone here can help us with this...

We are a marketing firm that has several Wordpress and Drupal sites that are hosted by various hosting companies (GoDaddy, HostGator, etc), and we need a backup solution that can backup both clients remotely, without being installed on those servers, and can put the backups on another server.

This means backing up files and databases.

We also need the ability to restore those backups quickly and efficiently. Most of the sites are not very big, so we are looking at a maximum of one hour to restore or backup.

Can anyone recommend a solid solution that can handle all manner of PHP/SQL/MySQL websites?

There are free plugins for wordpress which allow you to backup all files and database. Im pretty sure Drupal has similar plugins.
