paymenet system - top used - what to choose

Hi all,



I am working in a company which develop own CMS system.

The possibilities of CMS are quite big - provides tools (the components) to find right products / display product information

(the detail page of the product).



What is missing and I would like to develop/integrate is the "payment system".



Preferable payment system should contains:

* simple management panel to manage the orders (change statuses etc...) - for administrator

* possibilities to pay in multiple currencies

* possibility to configure shipping costs

* generate the invoice / bill





Till now I have discovered that there are two kinds of payment system integration:

1. SIMPLE INTEGRATION (paypal simple integration for example): External payment integration. On your website the developer creates the form which leads to payment website (so external website).



2. Developer creates some service which uses the API of the Payment System. This is much more time consuming but the benefit is that the user does not leave the page with the shop.



Can you advice payment system in this area which is very easy/easy to integrate or develop (based on API)

The first one you should implement without question is PayPal.
You will reach way more customers than you would with any other online payment processor.

You should opt whmcs or hostbill with your CMS based website. For further details you should contact your web host.

We recently developed a VOD CMS and CCBill was among the first payment processors we integrated into our system.
Instead of worrying about the ease with which you can integrate payment processors, you may want to pay more attention to the payment platforms favored by your potential customers.

Me too, but you can also try Moneybooker, Google Checkout or Bank Wire Transfer etccc....

Alert Pay is new and quite competitive also, otherwise its Paypal all the way.
