I have ehard that typo gives better solution as CMS. is is true..? I mean is it worth buying that system ...?

Never heard of Typo.
Why not stick with the big guns on the market right now? There's drupal and joomla.
Or try WordPress - it's free!

I've found some information about Typo3 on Wikipedia. As I don't have any experience with Typo3 so won't be able to say it worth or not, but I had noticed that the Wikipedia information related to Typo3 is most probably available in European language.
