Where do you find people to interview at

I'm getting ready to relaunch a dead website, and one of the easier ways im going to add content is by doing interviews with adminstrators and basically anyone who has anything to do with the inernet for a living.

In exchange for their time, i'm willing to give them some backlinks in their interview article, do you think thats a fair trade?

Also, where do you think is a good place to find the people to interview?

I just go straight to their site and use their Contact form. Nearly every website has one. If they don't, they usually have an About Us and you can find the email in their most of the time.
