Make folder Invisible on windows

I know this is old trik or newbie tutorial....
but i want to share this tutorial for newbie
oke lets go guys...........

1. Right Click
2. Create a new folder
3. Rename it as Alt+0160 (i.e. pressing the ALT key type 0160 from ur numpad... nothing else)
{The above character wud seem a space.Now press enter & then}
4. Right click-
5. Properties-
6. customize
7. Change icon
8. Look for a blank icon and select it.

You are done........This folder can't be traced even though someone search all the
files including hidden files ...

when you select File Details...it shows "Folder"..and you can clearly see it....

It doesn't work in windows 7................
It works only in xp...............

i have not try it. but i suggest to password your folder is best way to secure it (how to password a folder just google it)
