I don't think anything will help IE to be faster, since IE is really bad.

just like another browser tweak, some case different result so better is have back up first before make any change at your PC. or use some modify at browser only not PC for more secure.

this only make browser speed NOT your internet speed, example if use dial up so your speed still on dial up range..
