The longer i look at the monitor the more it feels like i have a hangover and have slept with headache for about 24hours.

I'm not sure this model have a graphic card.
i just have to use this faulty desktop again.
till my sister decides to buy one for me.

Because most of computer technician are looking for money not repairing a computer or laptop unless the laptop is under warranty.

whatthehell, you don't have an Apple MacBook Pro by any chance do you? Read this article in full if you do and see if it helps.

Apple MacBook Pro users are steaming over an issue related to distortion on their external large-screen displays and their perception that Apple is ignoring the issue.

Problems with display distortion, which seem to be related to Apple's Mini-DisplayPort to dual-link DVI adapter have surfaced since the unibody aluminum-made MacBook Pro was introduced, the Web site techtree.com reported Wednesday.

Apple has tried to address the issue with a firmware update to the adapter, but the issues are continuing, according to MacBook Pro users on an Apple support discussion forum.

Users on another discussion thread specific to the dual-link display have complained that the updated firmware can make the problem even worse.

The distortion, complaints about which started in late December, comes in the form of an occasionally fuzzy appearance to the external screen that happens randomly. Some users report odd pixels and occasional flashes on the display as well.

I don't know but it's very bad publicity for Apple. Ah well, back to the drawing board then. Has it got any worse or better since you last posted?

no improvement yet. i was thinking it probably would work good now since i've let it rest for days. but still no good.

i talked to our neighborhood tech the other day, the causes as he said was that this is too old. plus i've added another os in it and that nothing lasts forever.
