I have heard Japan is the best internet provider in the world, it speed , it freedom is no match compare to other nation, I dont it for sure, because I am never there yet unless visit their Avi site only

in Russia, Moscow they have a local network within Moscow running at 100mbps. So if you're there and server is also there you'll download a 700mb movie in about 10 minutes

International traffic is capped at 1.5mbps though.

In Philippines The maximum of internet speed connection is 3 MBPS. But I'm don't know the maximum internet connection of T1 to T3 company.

IIRC T1 is 1.5Mbps(you gotta have a dish) and T3 is 45Mbps. So today it does not seem that much. I remember paying 15k/mnth for a T3 6 years ago.
