Because of my job I spend 8 hours at computer every day , but I think you'd better take a rest or have a walk every two hours, taking too much tiime in front of computer is not good for your health

2 hours daily but on weekends it was 4 hours it depends on the allocation of my time as i'm working 10 hours daily
