I am addicted to PC. i sit for about 4 hours a day. I remember once my PC was not working and i had to send it to repair shop.I just could not even pass my time without it.it was so boring.

Regularly I have to spend 8 hours at computer. You should take a rest every two hours. Too much of such allotment is not good.
