Virus problem - Website Problem

hi I have a big problem i got a keylogger and I know who did it and the guy robin stole my domain smashh.com and sold it and he also took a bunch of my stuff online and i have really bad other viruses im in safe mode right now is there a way to get my site back?

First of all clean ur PC; better mackup everything except your programs and windows and program files folder and clean format it. Your programs may still be infected and so i dont advise backing them up.

if someone stole your site then you contact your domain registrar he will help you get it back. You must have some way to identify that u were the one who bought the site. This will take care of that.

And remeber not to be tricked into running programs even if they seem to be from someone trusted. Better safe than sorry!

Yeap same as proteus said .. run a anti-spyware + antivirus .. and make shure they both are updated to date. After the clean up with ALL your drives, i'd suggest backing up ur documents and software related files like config files etc ..

Then go for a complete format of the system .. intall LINUX ! .. or if you love windows .. well its ur choice .. then first install the antivirus and an anti-spyware .. and update them both .. run a scan again if you wish .. and then install a firewall if needed.

I'd suggest going for norton AV .. and M$ anti-spyware .. both have been faithful to me till date.

Follow other's suggestions. As for getting your site back, that is probably next to impossible. He could always say that you sold it to him and you don't have any proof he didn't. In the future be more careful!

but he could still get his site back if he has the proof of purchase .. and tells the company that it was stolen and not given ..

I agree with the others words, but this is how I would act if I was you.

Clean my computer + get mcAfee's virus scanner + get mcAfee's spyware protection + learn the basics of serious hacking = Good war happens after.

Or then start sueing his butt off, that would be awesome.

Yes i say what Pixel says either you can learn the basics of hacking yourself or if you search on the internet you are sure to be able to find a much more higher powerd hacker then this person that stole from you.

To clean your PC if you think most your programs are infected i would just realise that this Windows package is spammed with Virus and the most easiest way now would to be to format and reinstall windows. I hope that helps.

And look up better virus protections and firewall protections etc...

If U Lost Ur Domain No Problem Contact Ur Registrar & Provide the Email Id that U Used for registering that Domain If U Bought using PayPal it would be much easier just send a dispute via Paypl & Ur Website would be restorred in no time atleast i hope So !!
Anyway abt the Key Logger Format Ur PC & Install a Clean Windows !!

Alright first thing you want to do is get a good virus protection..I know in safe mode you cant look on websites so logg on normal.

Once your in normal go download a good antivirus, spyware protector, and a firewall. Once there installed get them running and search your pc for viruses and spyware. After you did that report the domain being sold to the company that sold you it.

THey will prob want your info u bought it with and if you got it no problem.

I think, First of all formate your PC. After formate, you get a latest virus protection & firewall protections. than it will be more safe befare it was. for virus & firewall protections, i recomaned you to use McAfee virus protection & firewall. You may use other software but i think McAfee is the best by it's performances.

And i recomaned you that do enter into adult sites or cracker sites. They contain spyware and virus. i am the victim.
