I also wanted to know that one. But I think what they are doing is they publish interesting video and they include their sites to gain traffic.

google ads can also be added in your videos. yet i think its only for the us base pub. some are selling their products thru youtube videos. so i guess it work.

The only way I can think of is creating a video and selling a relevant affiliate link. Otherwise it is funny because even Google is not making enough money from Youtube

I used to watermark my site link with the videos and get the traffic from it and then it gets converted!!
