Was there any reason given why you were rejected from the adsense program?
Try another program such as adbrite?

Did you list more than 4 adsense blocks on the page and/or click on your own ad? If so that would make sense to me.

The lastest requirements for new blog joining adsense, the blog must existed at least 6 months. Now his blog only 3 months, this may be the main reason why he can't get himself apply for adsense account. Well, still there are other alternatif for that like adbrite, bidvertiser and obeus.
