regarding your blog i didn't liked the concept at all.
You are mixing two things at a time.money making blog and free download blog is completely differnt category.
It will be tough for you to do the SEO work for your blog.
Stick to one category for one blog.
Blog is completely free.So you can have unlimited no of blogs.
