The large text is a good idea as you're targeting the babyboomers but why call your blog a completely different name than what the URL is? You'd be better getting a new domain name that matches your blog.

You need informative posts that aren't jam packed with links. 5 links in one post (Calories Revisited), four of which are identical, put me right off. Then I looked at the Right Weight Loss Program For You and it was just like that.

I didn't look any further. I really don't like feeling I'm reading an infomercial and when you throw links in the middle of the post time and again, that's what it feels like. Sorry Louis, that's not my cup of tea at all.

I would have to agree with Kay on this one, I also recommend you change the domain to a niche related domain. I would also recommend when cross linking in your site that you use a wide range of niche related keywords. As for the design and layout... I like it.

Yeah I agree with Kay and decipher, the blog title and domain name would be better to be the same, or at least more similar than they are at the moment, simple basic of SEO.

The big text is fine, but the page is too busy, and there's too many outgoing links. This site needs some serious SEO.

I think the blog looks pretty nice, but as said, you might need some serious SEO works on it, i think you should have a couple of keywords you aim at looking at your niche, although I see you have tons of backlinks, you blog didn't rank for any keyword with traffic value...anyway, keep up your good work!

I don't like the domain, sorry. It's too long. The blog is quite nice, it's a nice theme but leaves in the header have nothing to do with your blog?

Ok i will describe good points and bad points about your blog.

Good points

1) Nice concept.
2) Nice design.
3) Nice contents.
4) Nice logo

Bad points

1) Lots of topics in one page, make atleast 5 blog articles on frontpage of your blog, as i need to scroll a lot for reading more articles.
2) Big domain name (difficult to remember).
3) Different domain name and site title (look confused).

That's all i can say about your blog, so overall i will give 7/10 rating for your blog.

man it's taking so long time to display.
actually i was surprised by the name and so as the font size.

Both are too big.(You should make diet plans for them,lol..)
Content is good for the people facing this kind of problems
Keep updating & if possible change background & use templates.
I'll give you 6/10.

According to me and as per my knowledge I would have to agree with Kay on this one, I also recommend you change the domain to a niche related domain. I would also recommend when cross linking in your site that you use a wide range of niche related keywords. As for the design and layout... I like it.
