I've noticed that it can take longer to get new sites indexed at Bing but once there are indexed they usually rank well for your SEO'd terms.

yuo could submit you link in the webmaster dedicated section of Bing.com/MSN. Make sure that you have an account at them and insert the verification files on your website (html file upload or meta tag insert).

it is really hard for a site to get indexed in BING. Bing may index in one tow days or may take around one two months also so I think without concerning much about bing just optimize for Google and Yahoo you surely get good results in Bing
