You'll have to be listed there in order to be paid. It's not hard but only active referrals count.

I have noticed that only new users are listed there... My friend with nick nevemore joined this forum yesterday under my link and he found new referral and now he is listed, but i am not... that is unfair...

Maybe that's because of the quality of the post that members will make.
I was thinking if I maybe can do a point system. Where members get points for each post and for everytime other votes for that post, the poster will get extra point. Same goes the other way, if it sucks and other rated bad for it, the users will lose points.

Points can be used for free hosting, bold username, make your username Italic, and maybe extra signature lines. The current limit is 5.
