I am listed but receive few hits from bing while hundreds from google.

Almost all sites antecedently listed with live.com were admitted. If you had previously submitted sitemaps etc then you will still find all at Webmaster Center - Bing.

This is uncomplicated question. Of course all the webmaster have to list their website in bing to accomplish more publicity. I am in with Bing some time so soon.

Websites that regularly updates high quality relevant contents have a better chance of ranking high with Bing. I love Bing as it is a top quality search engine and quite promising too.
