I had the same trouble a month ago. Then one day it showed up in my Awstats in Cpanel. I checked it and I rank 1st position on the 1st page for my keyword.

Try logging into Bing webmaster tools and make sure that it's setup correctly.

The simple rule of getting indexed is to share your site link to the social bookmarking site and you will get hand on results. I guess this would help you.
