Why bing doesn't index most of my pages?

Hello,

Bing index only around 10% of the pages of my site.
google and yahoo index around 90%.
I tried submitting my sitemap, but it didn't help.
Can you please advice me how to increase this percentage?

Place that pages over Home page then check it indexes or not.

I already placed links from the home page to internal pages,
but only few were indexed.

Just do non-stop link building efforts.

Build backlinks and avoid duplicate content from that pages.
