Bing is also following same keyword stuffing and content rich sites. If you will target bing then normally your site might be possible spam in Google. So listing in Bing is much better than target in bing SERP.

I agree with you.. So, instead of targeting bing SERP.. do a listings from it.. Google is still the best..

Bing is not best to getting the traffic by on and off page optimization but you can optimize the image by putting all information in image properties(not alt attribute of <Img> tag).

One of the things that I have noticed with Bing is that the url plays a big part in the SERPS, so when building your website make sure to use sef urls which contain your keywords.

Even though we have decent rankings with Bing we've never really got any traffic from there. Go figure.
