To get good page rank and getting traffic for your site you should update your content in a regular basis. Content of your site should be unique and quality full. Because google likes it. Please don't do copy past. It gives a bad impact on your site which is really bad. So you must be concern about the content of your website.

Google want a good experience for the user so be careful to write for the user first and the search engine second. keyword stuffing is now out of favour and LSI is on the up it seems. If you get the keywords in the right places e.g. title, heading first and last sentence and maybe somewhere in the middle that may well be enough especially for shorter atricles.

Yes, thats true. For better web page ranking, unique and fresh items are must. But what the problem is, in every second, lot of peoples are trying to write some unique articles and make a unique item the most common one within a day!!
