i am not understand yet why people say writing the article what is the use of the article ?
why they give money for it ?

They pay for it because article directories, websites and newsletters will publish their article. The article has a resource box at the bottom, which is a paragraph where you can add your website link and a bit of information about yourself and you business. If people like your article, they'll visit your website from that link. Articles bring you more traffic to your site and build you backlinks.

This article on my site about creating a great resource box explains how to do that and also shows an example of the resource box at the very bottom. The last paragraph has the author Earma's information in it. If you look at other articles, you'll see they all have similar sections at the end.
