Can I use PLR Articles?

I have seen that many people are selling PLR articles on various forum. They are offering very cheap. But can you tell me if its legal to have this pack and launch my own site or not?

This pack is legal. But they were duplicate content is you were using it without any modifications.
To use PLR articles, you need to re-write it back to make it look like a unique articles before posting it into your site.

There's a lot of rewrite tools that can turns PLR articles to unique content.

In my opinion make some changes to wordings in all the articles in PLR so that there is no chance of copywriting problems. I think selling PLR packs is legal but using the same articles for your website is not legal.

Basically if the articles are sold with PRL, you can use them as they are and put your name on it. But there is always chance that somebody else use the articles as well. Rewrite them makes sure that your articles are "yours" and unique.
