How do you know it's worth way more than that, Jerlene? I'm not being rude, I'm genuinely interested on what you base that on. I see so many of these valuation sites that are junk I don't know what to believe and when a valuation is even close to accurate.

Do you happen to know what kind of profit the site is making a month?

IMO I would value the forum side of the site at $800 (if the site has $0 profit)

If the site has monthly profit I would appraise using the following formula:

$800+(6*a)=SiteValue (a.. being the monthly profit)

So if the site makes $500 a month I would value the appraisal at: $3,800.00 USD

And if the site only makes $50 a month I would value the appraisal at: $1,100.00 USD

And so on..
